This site is owned and operated by Trina Aguirre ("I", "me"), based in Roseville, California. I keep this simple and honest, like everything else I do. Here is what I collect and how I use it.

What I collect

Email address and name when you sign up for The AI Vault or my email list. This happens through forms powered by Kit (ConvertKit), my email service provider.
Basic site analytics such as page views and approximate location, if analytics tools are enabled, to understand what content helps people most.

How I use it

To deliver the free resources you requested.
To send you emails with tips, new free tools, and occasionally offers for my paid programs and services.
I do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you are out, no hard feelings and no hoops.

Third-party services

Email collection and delivery are handled by Kit (ConvertKit), and this site is hosted on Netlify. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Links on this site may take you to other services I run or recommend, including govoz.ai and community platforms, which have their own policies.

Your rights (including California residents)

You may request to know what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. To make any request, email Trina@trinaaguirre.com and I will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If I update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
